More than 25 years of diverse experience, which spread over from industry to conventional practice in the area of taxation, advisory, audit and compliance services He has been associated with corporate clients as well as worked with accounting firms. He is well versed in representing and handling clients matters before the Indian Tax authorities. He also provides regular assistance and guidance in statutory compliance and handling tax litigation for indirect tax matters. Before joining JAKS, he was partner in a medium sized chartered firm Murali Associates and was working as an Associate Director of ASA and Associates, one of the leading Chartered Accountant Firm in India at Kochi.
TD Balraj, Bsc FCA
Balraj has more than 27 years of professional experience in public accounting, management consulting, financial re-engineering, business turnaround advisory, mergers & acquisitions, project evaluations, feasibility studies etc. He held leadership and advisory roles with several family owned and diversified business groups within India and the Middle East. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and was instrumental with the revival of the Bahrain Chapter of the ICAI as well as served as its officer in various capacities including its Chairman during 2011-12. He also held many leadership roles with the Toastmasters International, a world leader in communication and leadership development through which he conducted many workshops and seminars for the professional fraternity and Indian diaspora in Bahrain.
