Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled, experienced candidate in the role of knowledge manager for our Ernakulam office, preferably with 5+ years' of experience. 

Job responsibilities:

Managing the current knowledge management practices and databases

Prepare alerts and ensure distribution within the firm and also to clients

Designing and implementing new knowledge distribution policies

Utilizing the knowledge base resources and designing a training module for the staff

Encouraging the staff and students to share knowledge effectively and efficiently

Technical skills required:

Acquiring in-depth information of the databases maintained by the firm

Transforming the ideas of management and implementing appropriate solutions

Commitment to quality and willingness to follow systems and best practices

Working knowledge of MS Office & Tally

Qualification & Experience: Semi qualified Chartered Accountants who have completed their 3 years of articled service and minimum 5 years of experience are preferred

Preferred skills and quality traits: Good analysing skills, good academic record, excellent communication skills, expert planning skills, leadership quality, positive attitude and self-motivated.
